On April 3, Alcatel-Lucent
announced it had signed an agreement to acquire substantially all of the
assets, including all intellectual property, of Tropic Networks, Inc. The
transaction closed on April 13, 2007.
Alcatel-Lucent and Tropic Networks are
committed to ensuring that this transaction is seamless to
customers.
